1. Nature of AI-Generated Content

Nova, the AlphaGlow AI, is powered by large language models (LLMs) provided by Anthropic (Claude). Nova's responses are generated algorithmically based on your inputs, your profile data, and the system context configured by AlphaGlow AI.

AI-generated content is probabilistic in nature. Nova may produce responses that are incomplete, imprecise, outdated, or contextually inappropriate. AlphaGlow AI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content produced by Nova.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Nova is designed to be a supportive AI guide — not a licensed professional. Nothing Nova says constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, dietary prescription, or any other form of regulated professional advice.

You should always consult qualified professionals (physicians, therapists, registered dietitians, etc.) before making changes to your health regimen, medication, or mental health treatment plan. See our Health Disclaimer for further details.

3. Memory and Personalization

Nova retains conversation history to provide continuity and personalization. This memory is stored securely in our database and used solely to improve your experience on the Platform. Nova does not have access to external databases, the internet, or real-time information unless explicitly stated.

4. Model Limitations

The AI models powering Nova have knowledge cutoff dates and may not reflect the most recent research, guidelines, or events. Nova may occasionally produce "hallucinations" — plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information. We actively work to mitigate this through system prompt design and output review, but we cannot eliminate it entirely.

5. Creator Digital Twins

Digital Twin sessions are AI-generated experiences modeled on creator-provided scripts, personas, and guidance frameworks. They are not live interactions with the creator. The creator has reviewed and approved the framework for their Digital Twin, but individual AI-generated responses within sessions are not pre-screened by the creator.

6. No Emergency Services

Nova is not equipped to handle mental health emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please contact emergency services (911 in the US), the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or your local emergency services immediately. Nova will remind you of these resources when crisis signals are detected, but this is not a substitute for real help.

7. Data Use for AI Improvement

Anonymized, aggregated conversation patterns may be used internally to improve system prompt quality and AI behavior. Individual conversations are not shared with Anthropic for model training without explicit consent, in accordance with Anthropic's API terms.
