Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AlphaGlow AI platform at alphaglowai.app (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AlphaGlow AI provides an AI-powered creator economy and social platform including, but not limited to, guided meditation sessions, creator journeys, creator programs, the Nova AI, and the NSVX platform utility token system.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. AlphaGlow AI is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you failed to protect your credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or access controls
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or creators
• Manipulate the NSVX token system through fraudulent activity
• Use automated scripts to generate NSVX tokens or sessions

6. NSVX Platform Tokens

NSVX tokens are platform utility tokens. They are transferable and withdrawable to a Solana wallet, but are not directly convertible to fiat currency within the platform. AlphaGlow AI reserves the right to modify token earning rates, spending values, and program availability at any time. See our NSVX Disclaimer for full details.

7. Creator Content

AlphaGlow AI acts as a marketplace connecting creators and users. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of creator-provided creator content. Creators are solely responsible for the programs they publish. See the Creator Agreement for creator-specific terms.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Nova AI and related AI features generate content algorithmically. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional advice. See our AI Disclaimer and Health Disclaimer for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

The AlphaGlow AI platform, including all software, design, trademarks, and original content created by AlphaGlow AI, is owned by AlphaGlow AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Creator-uploaded content remains the intellectual property of the respective creator.

10. Termination

AlphaGlow AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your NSVX balance is forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaGlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlphaGlow AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
