Creator Agreement

1. Eligibility

To publish programs on AlphaGlow AI as a creator, you must complete the creator onboarding process and receive approval from AlphaGlow AI. Approval is granted at our sole discretion. We may accept, decline, or revoke creator status without providing a reason.

2. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your expertise, background, and program content
• Ensure your programs are safe, evidence-informed, and appropriate for a general general audience
• Not make unsubstantiated health claims or practice medicine without a license
• Promptly update or remove content that becomes inaccurate or harmful
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection and healthcare regulations
• Respond to AlphaGlow AI inquiries regarding user concerns within 5 business days

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all original content you upload to the Platform. By publishing content, you grant AlphaGlow AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and deliver your content to users via the Platform, including through Nova AI personalization and Digital Twin sessions you have authorized.

4. NSVX Revenue Share

AlphaGlow AI distributes a portion of NSVX tokens spent within your program back to you. The current creator revenue share is 85% of all NSVX tokens spent inside your programs, with 15% retained by AlphaGlow AI for platform operations.

Revenue distributions are processed weekly to the payment method on file. Minimum payout threshold: 500 NSVX equivalent. NSVX-to-payout conversion rates are set by AlphaGlow AI and may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Digital Twin Sessions

If you authorize a Digital Twin session, you grant AlphaGlow AI permission to create an AI-modeled interactive version of your program. You must provide the script framework, persona guidelines, and bounds for the Digital Twin. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the Digital Twin configuration before it is published.

6. Prohibited Content

Creator programs may not include:

• Medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical treatment protocols
• Content targeting minors
• Explicit sexual content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Unsubstantiated health claims that violate FTC, ASA, or equivalent guidelines
• Content promoting dangerous or illegal activities
• Third-party intellectual property used without authorization

7. Content Review

AlphaGlow AI reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or remove creator programs at any time if we determine they violate this Agreement, our platform guidelines, or applicable law. We will notify you of material removals where feasible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. AlphaGlow AI may terminate immediately for material breaches. Upon termination, your programs are removed from the Platform and pending NSVX distributions processed within 60 days.

9. Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to publish all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Any credentials or qualifications you claim are accurate and current
• You will comply with all applicable laws governing your practice

10. Limitation of Liability

AlphaGlow AI is not liable for user outcomes resulting from your programs. You are solely responsible for the advice, guidance, or content you provide. You agree to indemnify AlphaGlow AI against claims arising from your content or your violation of this Agreement.
